All prospective contract holders are fully checked by professional referencing agents along with personal references. All deposits are secured within the government tenancy deposit protection scheme (DPS) as required by law for the safeguard of landlords and contract holders.
TLC property lettings ensure all utility bills, council tax etc are updated with contract holder details. Along with this TLC ensure any work required at the properties we manage is carried out by reliable contractors at very reasonable rates.
